guiding you home to peaceful presence

Yoga + Meditation + Mindfulness

Yaama,

I acknowledge that I am situated on the stunning lands of Wiradjuri country and pay deep respect to elders past, present and emerging. I acknowledge the continued and ancient connection & belonging with living and non-living beings in these spaces and places. I extend this respect to the countries I roam on this continent and any indigenous person here with me now, recognising that sovereignty has never been ceded.

Lauren McMurtrie | Yoga & Meditation session | Elevate me Pilates Lithgow

“From when you arrive outside the studio, to entering this beautiful space and being welcomed by Shell, a sense of calm and peace is created, ready to begin the class. The yoga was relaxing with gentle guidance and clear instructions. The class finishes with a mediation that evokes the senses, allowing you the space for what you need. This class creates a relaxing atmosphere for both the mind and body.”
